2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Booking Requirements

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Valid identification is required at check-in
• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation
• Booking confirmation is subject to payment verification

2.2 Payment

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable taxes
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
• No-show without cancellation: No refund
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
• Guests must settle all charges before check-out

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay
• Guests must comply with resort rules and regulations
• Quiet hours must be observed as per resort policy
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Disturbing other guests with excessive noise or behavior
• Bringing pets without prior approval
• Unauthorized commercial activities
• Use of resort facilities for illegal purposes

5. Resort Amenities and Services

• We strive to maintain all amenities and services in good working condition
• Some amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances
• Additional charges may apply for certain services
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice

6. Liability and Indemnification

Kanavu Valley View Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from:

• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Guest negligence or misconduct
• Theft or loss of personal belongings
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanavu Valley View Resort from any claims arising from their stay.
